This process ensures compatibility between the solder and glass, resulting in a sealing quality with a weld leakage rate controlled at the 10⁻¹⁰ Pa·L/s level. We also use internally developed alloy materials to enable reaction welding with glass at low temperatures, delivering a vacuum leakage rate of ≤10⁻¹² mbar·L/s. To extend service life, each unit of vacuum glass incorporates a high-efficiency getter, designed to maintain internal vacuum for up to 25 years. This combination of precision engineering and rigorous quality control ensures that our vacuum glazing remains dependable in demanding applications.
