Innovative Applications of Vacuum Insulated Glazing by SuperVIG

Over the years, we at SuperVIG have dedicated ourselves to advancing the performance and reliability of vacuum insulated glazing for diverse applications. Our work is rooted in a commitment to precision engineering, where every detail—from material selection to manufacturing technique—is carefully controlled. This approach allows us to deliver insulated glass windows that achieve exceptional thermal insulation and durability, serving the evolving needs of both the architectural and home appliance sectors. With 17 years of innovation and a portfolio of 118 technical patents, we continue to refine our solutions in ways that align with the highest expectations for performance, energy efficiency, and long-term stability.

Precision Engineering for Long-Term Reliability

In our production process, we utilize proprietary alloy solder combined with specialized welding techniques, enabling the glass and solder to react and bond at low temperatures. This ensures optimal sealing and stability, with weld seam leak rates controlled at the 10⁻¹⁰ Pa·L/s level. The result is vacuum insulated glazing that offers consistent performance over decades of use. Our internally developed alloy material, paired with efficient getters, allows for a vacuum leak rate of ≤ 10⁻¹² mbar·L/s and a projected service life of up to 25 years. For customers requiring insulated glass windows that maintain performance even in demanding climates, this reliability provides measurable value in reducing maintenance and replacement costs.

Exceptional Thermal Performance for Buildings and Appliances

We design our vacuum insulated glazing with a focus on thermal efficiency, achieving a heat transfer coefficient as low as 0.42 W/㎡·K. This level of insulation significantly reduces heat exchange between indoor and outdoor environments, contributing to year-round energy savings. For building designers, our insulated glass windows enable compliance with stringent energy codes while enhancing indoor comfort. In home appliances, these same thermal properties help improve operational efficiency and reduce power consumption. By integrating such performance into practical designs, we provide solutions that balance technical precision with real-world usability.

Conclusion: Building the Future with Confidence

Our journey with vacuum insulated glazing is driven by the belief that advanced technology should bring tangible benefits to customers and the environment alike. We continually invest in research and development to improve our insulated glass windows, exploring new materials and refining processes that can further reduce environmental impact. By maintaining close collaboration with clients, we ensure that every product we create reflects both technical excellence and practical value. At SuperVIG, we remain committed to delivering innovative, durable, and energy-efficient glazing solutions that meet today’s demands while shaping a more sustainable future.
